About Me/Contact

So.... about me - I am a wife and mother. I've been married to my best friend since September 2005 (dated for six years before that) and we have a beautiful son (the Little Guy), who was born March 2009. We have two black labs whom I love to hate because of all the extra work they provide me (can we say dog hair!). I work part-time in the Birth Center at my local hospital admitting preggo's, which is fun, but I wish could quit and stay home with my son full-time. I love to read! I like to learn to do domestic things, like cooking, baking, gardening, sewing, knitting and the like, but never really seem to stick with one thing long enough to become very accomplished at any of it.

So follow me along as I record projects I've done, current books I'm reading and enjoying and my journey as a mommy, wife and working girl.
